What is the rental application process?
Once your offer is accepted, one week’s holding deposit is normally required. Necessary documents are then submitted with a proposed commencement date agreed. The Tenancy Agreement is then signed and the checkin inventory booked for Commencement day.
Are utilities included in the rent?
Tenants are normally responsible for payment of all utilities; Council Tax, Electric, Gas, Water, and Wifi +TV License.
In addition there is normally one week’s holding deposit prior to Commencement, and the fully deposit (maximum 5 weeks), due upon Commencement.
Can I list my property?
We can list your property and supply photos, 3D Virtual Tours, Walkthrough Videos, Floorplans, etc. Please contact us to arrange a date/time for us to visit your property.
